You’ll have your very own Candidate Consultant – someone who’ll act as your personal ‘career adviser’. They’ll build a one-to-one relationship with you, find out about your strengths and needs, discover exactly what it is you’re looking for and only put you forward for roles you’re right for.
We put qualities before qualifications
Often CVs just don’t accurately sum up what you can do. They detail employment history and paper qualifications rather than key soft skills like the ability to listen, empathise, communicate and simply get on well with people. These are crucial qualities in today’s employment marketplace and our screening processes are geared towards identifying them.
We give you lots of support
We advise you on your CV, boost your confidence at interview and, once you’ve landed the job you want, make sure you settle in. More than that though, we help with things like sourcing childcare or language training, if your first language isn’t English. We’ll even help you set up a bank account if you don’t have one already. But our service doesn’t stop there.
We know that starting a new job can be stressful so, during the first few weeks, we’ll call you outside working hours to find out how you’re getting on and see if there’s anything else we can help you with.
