Screened, keen candidates

Every candidate has a one-to-one relationship with a Candidate Consultant. That means we have a good understanding of their needs and expectations and the kind of job they’re after.

Strict checking procedures

As a Government contractor, we must meet the standards set down by the DWP and the Home Office, and we’re strictly regulated and audited on the checks we carry out. As a minimum, candidates must provide us with proof of address and original proof of ID. We’re also accredited to conduct Criminal Record Bureau checks.

Pre-selection exercises

We have a wide range of pre-selection exercises depending on the job to be filled. They include automated telephone screening, microsite screening, telephone interviews, group interviews, work simulations and skills tests. Our aim is always to make sure candidates from diverse groups can compete for jobs fairly.

More time, less hassle

We do all the organising – of paperwork, visas, interviews – and we can even offer you interview rooms in our branches free of charge.

Post-placement support

Outside working hours our dedicated team of mentors calls all those candidates we place to find out how they’re getting on and discuss any additional support they might need. That means happier, more settled employees and less attrition. Similarly, your dedicated Account Manager will stay in close touch in case you have any issues that need to be ironed out.
