Referral Partner organisations refer candidates to us. We find vacancies and work with the companies who are recruiting. You find the people to fill the vacancies.
Similarly, if your core activity is advice, guidance, training or barrier support, we’ll cross-refer and signpost candidates who might help you achieve your contractual targets.

Who do you partner with?
We’re happy to partner any organisation in the voluntary, community, charitable or educational sectors as long as its work complements and does not duplicate our activities. We’ll also consider setting up strategic partnerships with private sector organisations.

Why should I work with you?
There are lots of reasons. Perhaps the most important is that partnerships are becoming key to successful project delivery. Increasingly, tenders and contracts demand a broad range of services and, as is widely acknowledged, even the largest providers can’t supply all of these on their own. Our strengths are employer engagement and job outcomes. If yours are outreach, training, barrier support, advice or guidance, then it makes perfect sense for us to work together. Longer-term it may even open up joint bidding opportunities.
On top of this, many organisations – particularly in the voluntary and community sector – often don’t have the resources or the capacity to maintain employer engagement teams. Work with us and you won’t have to. Instead, you can concentrate on doing what you do best.
What’s more, we do employer relationships very, very well. Our client list includes some of the best employers in the UK, and they can offer some fantastic vacancies and amazing career development opportunities. Almost half our staff are solely employer-facing, and spend all day, every day, visiting, calling and networking. It’s taken us over 13 years to develop these relationships with employers and, in a lot of cases, our clients recruit primarily through us.

How does it work?
The companies we recruit for generally use us because they want to recruit people from a wide range of diverse groups. They want to spread the net to attract people from as wide a pool as possible.
If you partner us, we’ll send you details of those vacancies that might suit the people your organisation deals with.
If you offer job-finding help or have caseworkers, your staff can refer potential candidates to us. If you don’t offer this type of service, you can just display details of our vacancies or circulate them among your candidates – and they can contact us directly.
We assess people to make sure they meet the job requirements, and help them through the job application process. We’ll give feedback, either directly to the individual, or to their caseworker, depending on who has contacted us.
To set up a Partner Agreement with us, you need to register as a Partner. Registration is completely free.

How do you circulate vacancies?
Once we’ve set you up as a Partner, our computer system will automatically email you each week with details of vacancies. We’ll send you only those vacancies that are located near you, and which fit your candidates.
You’ll also be able to access vacancies online and refer candidates to us.
If you prefer, we can fax you details of live vacancies every week.

Will it cost me anything?
Provided that your organisation does not receive funding for finding people jobs through any sort of Government funding, we will partner you completely free of charge. When you set up a Partner Agreement with us, we’ll ask you to declare that you’re not receiving Government funding of this type.
If you receive Government funding, we’ll need to discuss what type it is and what it pays for when setting up your Partner Agreement. As we attract Government funding ourselves, we have to be sure that the job outcomes we report are not double-counted.
